Designer Course Terms and Conditions
Booking:
1. To secure a place, a completed and signed Booking Form must be provided.
2. Return of a Booking Form to Designer Courses constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Course fees must be paid in full before a course begins, unless specific arrangements to pay by installments have been made.
4. Bookings are accepted for specific course dates, and cannot be transferred to other dates, except by special arrangement.
Cancellations and refunds:
1. Cancellations must be made in writing no later than 4 weeks before the start of the course to obtain a refund.
2. Refunds cannot be given for cancellations at shorter notice than 4 weeks.
3. If you have to cancel at shorter notice, we will try to offer you a place on the next available course, this is entirely at our discretion and cannot be guaranteed.
4. Refunds and transfers cannot be given to students who miss sessions, drop out or fail to complete a course.
5. If a course has to be cancelled you will be notified as soon as possible, and alternative arrangements or a refund will be made.
Admission and attendance:
1. Classes are accessible from 15 minutes before the start time. Students who arrive earlier may have to wait to be admitted.
2. If you know you will be late, or will miss a session, please inform the tutor as soon as possible.
3. Designer Courses cannot arrange additional sessions for students who miss parts of the course.
4. Designer Courses reserve the right to refuse admission to students whose behaviour is deemed unacceptable.
