This summer, Designer Courses kicks off with two short and snappy introductory days exploring the techniques of making leather fashion accessories and handbags, followed by a comprehensive five day course taking you through the elements of making a structured leather bag. You will compile examples of handle, zip and pocket constructions, practise a variety of sewing techniques and seam constructions for leather, and go on to make up your own leather bag step by step.
