Master the art of silkscreen printing in our comprehensive weekend course.

Contemporary designer Hazel Stark takes you step-by-step through the essentials of printing by hand, showing you how to create your own textiles with accessible materials you can continue to work with at home.

Using organic textiles and water-based inks, you will learn how to:

• Mix colours with pigment and binders
• Cut hand blocks for creating stamped designs
• Carry our resist printing, using found objects
• Make hand-cut paper stencils
• Create screen stencils with drawing fluid and filler

You will build up a library of samples, and design a personal project for your home or wardrobe.
