Booking:
To confirm a booking, a completed Booking Form must be provided.
Submission of a Booking Form to Designer Courses constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions set out below.
Course fees must be paid in full before a course begins, unless arrangements to pay by installments have been agreed.
Bookings are accepted for specific course dates only, and cannot be transferred to other dates, except by special arrangement at the discretion of Design Courses.

Cancellations and refunds:
Cancellations must be made in writing no later than 4 weeks before the start of the course to obtain a refund.
Refunds cannot be given for cancellations at shorter notice than 4 weeks.
Designer Courses charge a cancellation fee of £25.00 to cover payment processing & administration costs.
If you have to cancel at short notice, we will attempt to offer you a place on the next available course where possible, but this cannot be guaranteed.
If a course has to be cancelled you will be notified as soon as possible, and alternative arrangements or a refund will be made.
Refunds and transfers cannot be given to students who fail to attend or complete a course.

Admission and attendance:
Classes are accessible from 15 minutes before the start time. Students who arrive earlier may have to wait to be admitted to the building.
If you know you will be late, or will miss a session, please inform the tutor as soon as possible.
Designer Courses reserve the right to refuse admission to students who are persistently more than 30 minutes late.
Designer Courses are not unable to arrange individual catch up sessions for students who miss parts of any course.
